Skills for Life
Skills for Life activities to build independence such as Road Safety, Cooking, Literacy or Numeracy.
Assistance with meal preparation.
Daily phone or online check-in to see how you are feeling or if you need any other support.
Grocery shopping and delivery to your front door.
Daily respite for a few hours a day or during the week Monday – Saturdays between 8.30am – 5pm.
Assistance with physical activities.

To access Care-at-Home services, you can utilise your core supports funding. Alternatively, you can use Fee-for-Service to access Care-at-Home.
Care-at-Home services are available all across NSW.
To ensure we deliver the best service possible, our team will get to know you and understand the supports you’d like assistance with. From there, we’ll match you with one of our highly experienced team members, taking on board any cultural diverse needs such as languages.
The minimum hours of service are three hours per shift.
Yes, participants decide the hours and days they’d like to access the supports.
Absolutely, as your needs evolve, so will your supports. We keep our Care-at-Home services very flexible.
