This program is all about building and upskilling our basic life skills to grow independence and confidence.

Indoor Learning – Get involved in classroom-based activities including learning sheets, SMARTboard sessions, and cooking fun.
Outdoor Experience – Take part in outdoor tasks like watering plants, gardening, walking, and using gym equipment to stay active and connected with nature.

Arts and Crafts
Unleash your creativity with arts and crafts in the Hub. Paint, design, create, and express yourself in a relaxed and supportive environment.

19 May Special Activity – Educational Coffee Cart Day | 10.30am
Join us at the Hub for a hands-on barista experience! A local coffee cart company will be teaching us how to make coffee and use café-style equipment. A great opportunity to learn valuable new skills!

Bowling and Lunch 
Time to showcase your lane skills and challenge your mates in a game of clean strikes. Following lunch, we’ll take a relaxing stroll down Tamworth’s main street for window shopping and local sightseeing, time permitting. Please bring a packed lunch or money to purchase lunch.

Community Access
Spend the day out and about in Gunnedah or a location of choice. Whether it’s a peaceful visit to the library or exploring the local area, it’s your time to enjoy the community.

Thursdays – Choose Your Activity
Have a splashing time at the Gunnedah Pool immersed in water. After, we’ll visit local spots in Gunnedah to explore and engage with the community and grab ourselves a coffee in the meantime.

Sports Day – Tamworth Indoor Sports Centre
Hop on the Sunnyfield bus and join us for a fun and active session with a variety of sports in a fully equipped indoor centre. Please bring your own lunch or money to purchase.
