Community Garden
The Community Garden combines physical activity, social interaction and exposure to nature and sunlight. Gardening can help you develop sensory skills through touching the earth, observing colours, smelling flowers and herbs or even tasting the fruits and vegetables that you’ve grown.

Arts and Craft
Create a wonderful masterpiece as a group and explore the arts. Group projects will be displayed on our Hub walls for everyone to enjoy. Craft may include painting, sculpting, constructing wall art and much, much more.

Discovering The Community by Public Transport
Catch a train, bus or ferry with your peers to a variety of locations around the Sydney metro. Learn about reading timetables and knowing what platforms to be on. Enjoy lunch at your destination and look around at the sites. Please bring a packed lunch or extra money to purchase food.

Bingo
Play a few games of bingo, build social connections, increase hand eye-coordination, maintain your cognitive abilities and focus while having a few laughs. Prizes to be won.

BBQ in the Park
Enjoy a fun day in the park, playing a variety of outdoor games while enjoying a sausage sandwich and drink for lunch. You will also have the opportunity to assist staff with cooking the BBQ lunch.

Indoor Games and Sports
Challenge the mind with a variety of board games and card games or challenge your mates to some indoor sports such as tennis, badminton or bowling. This activity promotes health, strength, stamina and sportsmanship and helps builds fine motor skills and balance.

Sensory Room and Projector Fun
Delight your senses in our space-themed sensory room. Have fun using the Tovertafel projector, exploring its many sensory games.

Pamper Fridays and Sensory Projects
Get pampered with a manicure and beauty session that will make us feel good on the inside and out. You can also participate in a variety of sensory projects to stimulate and sharpen your senses.
