How will Compass benefit me?

May 24, 2022

Compass will support you to continue the excellent work you do, but more efficiently.

This week, we break down the benefits of Compass for staff involved with service delivery.

Community Support Workers

Compass will allow you to easily see your shifts, access client information and complete shift notes while on the go using your mobile device.

On the mobile app, you will also be able to update your availability and timesheets and even rate your shifts!

Employment Support Officers

You will be able to access client information, staff availability and billing details all in one place, as well as increased visibility of upcoming actions through the dashboard (e.g. service agreements and support plans that need to be reviewed) so you never miss a beat.

Compass will save you time during the onboarding process, as the information gathered when clients submit an enquiry will automatically be entered into the system. With its intuitive workflow and guidance system, Compass reduces the amount of manual effort required to do your job.

Support Coordinators

We know you spend a great deal of time accessing data from various Excel sheets and systems to provide support and associated billing.

Compass streamlines your processes, saving you time. With a simple click of a button, you’ll be able to view reports on things like lead conversions, waitlists and the reason for cancelled services.
Claiming and compliance will be easier as they will be handled within one system.
