Kristie is a regular at Sunnyfield’s Tweed Heads Community Services Hub. She loves coming to the hub to catch up with her new friends and enjoys getting involved in all the daily activities.
On Mondays you will find Kristie practicing her literacy skills, she enjoys writing and has been using these skills to write her weekly grocery list. Kristie lives independently with a flat mate and the skills she has been working on in the hub are supporting her with practical tasks in her daily life.
“I like dancing on tuesdays and playing ball games with my friends.” Kristie.
Kristie enjoys trying new things. “I am excited to try surfing, I haven’t surfed before. In Summer I will try.” Kristie’s long term goals are to continue to improve her literacy and numeracy skills and to meet new people while keeping fit and active.
