Caroline Cuddihy  B App Sc, MBA, GAICD

Chief Executive Officer

Caroline was appointed as CEO October 2010 from her previous position as General Manager, Sunnyfield Enterprises. Being deeply committed to achieving a person centred quality of life for people with disability, Caroline’s work as CEO directs her attention to ensure that Sunnyfield delivers quality and value for money support services for clients.  For that to occur, Caroline believes people with disability must have choice and control for a well-planned and bright future. Caroline is leading Sunnyfield to be a provider of excellence in service delivery by not only improving internal processes but communicating with Government and key stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of the Disability Sector into the future under the NDIS. She will continue to speak strongly on issues impacting clients and families, including to name but a few: employment, affordable housing and sector viability. Caroline has a demonstrated track record of over 20 years of achievement as a senior executive in both Not For Profit & commercial businesses, leading organisational wide strategic change initiatives with budgets in excess of $140 million. She has considerable experience at a senior management level with over 9 years in the Disability Support Sector and 11 years in the Aged Care sector and brings great passion, strong commitment, energy and personal and professional dedication to her work.

Evan Carman B Surveying, Land Surveying , MA Project Management

General Manager                                                                                                                                          Major Projects and Property

Evan comes to Sunnyfield after a successful and extensive career in the property sector. With over 25 years’ experience, Evan brings a wealth of knowledge and foresight to Sunnyfield’s Major Projects and Property Division. Evan’s experience includes managing his own consultancy business specialising in project management, town planning, engineering and construction management, serving both the public and private sector and State and Federal Governments. Evan’s versatile abilities and strong leadership skills in the management of large infrastructure projects will be key in leading Sunnyfield through a time of great change. Evan has made a deliberate change to the not-for- profit sector to utilise his expertise skills and experience to support a reputable organisation like Sunnyfield at a time of considerable growth.

 

Dr. Mark Clayton  Dip Teach, B. Edu, MA (Spec. Ed), Ph.D

Executive General Manager NDIS Transition and Service Improvement

Mark has worked as a disability professional for 30 years. Commencing as a teacher, Mark became a specialist in the area of visual impairment and multiple disabilities and held the position of Principal of three special schools. Mark completed post-graduate university research at Macquarie University and as a Harkness Fellow completed a Ph.D. at the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) in 1991. Mark has worked as policy advisor in Special Education for two Ministers of Education, operated a private clinical behaviour support practice and held senior management roles in other NGO’s.  Mark commenced at Sunnyfield in 2009 as Manager, Strategy and Development before being appointed to General Manager Strategy & Development in 2011.  Mark was appointed to General Manager Supported Living in August 2012 and to his current role in December 2015.

Richard Gregg

Chief Financial Officer

Richard joined Sunnyfield in March 2017 and is an accomplished CFO and strategic business director. He brings with him both local and international experience in strategic planning, business assurance and operational transformation programs. Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience and was admitted in 2016 to the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Margaret Loumbos  B Ed Adult Education

Executive Manager
Human Resources

With more than 20 years’ experience as a qualified Human Resources professional working in complex and diverse industries, Margaret joined Sunnyfield in June 2014.   A results oriented business manager with proven capabilities in HR management, change management, industrial relations and WH&S with specialist skills in organisational development, remuneration and benefits, talent management, leadership development and workforce planning with demonstrated high level influencing, communication and negotiation abilities.

Strategic initiatives have included developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment and selection strategies, policy development, employee development programmes and WH&S solutions addressing diversity, employer branding and Employer of Choice initiatives.

Stephen Russell Grad Dip Financial Management, MBA

General Manager
Community Services

Steve was appointed as General Manager Community Services in June 2015. He adds to Sunnyfield’s senior management’s list of executives with a strong commercial background, strengthening Sunnyfield’s vision and mission of providing disability services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Steve has held several senior management roles across a range of both corporate and not for profit organisations over the past 15 years including open employment for people with disability.

Stephen Robb

General Manager
Sunnyfield Enterprises

Responsible for the care and well being of nearly 300 supported employees, Steve was appointed Enterprises General Manager in April 2014.  With a strong manufacturing, packaging and logistics background, Steve commenced at Sunnyfield in April 2010 as Enterprises Operations Manager following a successful career and extensive experience in the Manufacturing, Business Systems, Property and Energy industries.

 Jonathan Swain

General Manager
Corporate and Company Secretary

Jonathan joined Sunnyfield in May 2015 and is responsible for risk, quality, compliance, business systems and property matters as well as holding the position of company secretary. Jonathan is a qualified lawyer and has 20 years’ experience across legal, risk, compliance, governance and corporate support functions gained in private practice law firms and listed companies.

Bruce Tosello B Design, MBA

General Manager
Business Development and Fundraising

Bruce joined Sunnyfield in May 2015 bringing 25 years of marketing, customer and business development experience gained in consumer products, building products and financial services. Bruce has built and developed customer cultures in organisations across Australia and Asia, helping them to grow by better understanding customers, and creating competitive advantage through delivering a unique customer experience.
