Caroline Cuddihy B App Sc, MBA, GAICD

Chief Executive Officer

Caroline was appointed as CEO early 2011 from her previous position as General Manager, Sunnyfield Enterprises. Caroline has extensive experience in Technical & Operational Management roles within the food & pharmaceutical industries and was previously in National General Management for a large FMCG organisation. Caroline also has Senior Executive experience within the Aged Care and Disability sector.

Mike Churchman MA (Oxon), ACA, Grad. Dip. Applied Corporate Governance (candidate)

Company Secretary,

Mike joined Sunnyfield in 2011 and was appointed Company Secretary in 2012.

Having worked in the UK, NZ and Australia, Mike brings extensive international experience from finance and risk & compliance roles within the FMCG and Healthcare industries. With relevant experience in process re-engineering, change management, business planning and capital investment proposals, Mike adds valuable commercial experience to Sunnyfield.

Mike has a Masters degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Annie Doyle  B Nursing, B Business, M Law (candidate)

Chief Operating Officer

Annie is a trained nurse, graduate from UTS Sydney in Business and is currently undertaking Law at Sydney University. She has extensive experience across a number of financial platforms in diverse business mixes across the Asia Pacific region. With a widespread understanding of legal matters, contractual negotiations, feasibilities, long term business plan development and implementation, Annie is a fundamental member in the overall operational management of Sunnyfield. Annie enjoys adventures in the wild such as mountain climbing and trekking.

Dr. Mark Clayton  Dip Teach, B. Edu, MA (Spec. Ed), Ph.D

General Manager
Supported Living

Mark has worked as a disability professional for 30 years.  Commencing as a teacher, Mark became a specialist in the area of visual impairment and multiple disabilities and held the position of Principal of three special schools. Mark completed post-graduate university research at Macquarie University and as a Harkness Fellow completed a Ph.D. at the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) in 1991. Mark has worked as policy advisor in Special Education for two Ministers of Education, operated a private clinical behaviour support practice and held senior management roles in other NGO’s.  Mark commenced at Sunnyfield in 2009 as Manager, Strategy and Development before being appointed to General Manager Strategy & Development in 2011.  Mark was appointed to General Manager Supported Living in August 2012.

Wayne Curry

General Manager
Community Services

Wayne joined Sunnyfield in June 2012, bringing extensive experience within the disability and community support service sectors. Wayne’s experience extends across multiple service types including: supported accommodation, independent living and young people leaving care. These previous roles focused on the family governance model of support and Person Centred Approaches to enhance whole quality of life for the people receiving support.

Wayne’s career in community services led to requests for presenting at Rotary Clubs across Sydney, encouraging the recruitment of volunteers. This flowed onto presenting at high schools in the Sydney metropolitan area and the Hunter region for young people at risk of being expelled.

Wayne has also furthered his managerial experience through managing his own commercial business, developing and managing teams to achieve set outcomes.

Stephen Robb

General Manager
Sunnyfield Enterprises

Responsible for the care and well being of nearly 300 supported employees, Steve was appointed Enterprises General Manager in April 2014.  With a strong manufacturing, packaging and logistics background, Steve commenced at Sunnyfield in April 2010 as Enterprises Operations Manager following a successful career and extensive experience in the Manufacturing, Business Systems, Property and Energy industries.

Margaret Loumbos  B Ed Adult Education

Executive Manager
Human Resources

With more than 20 years’ experience as a qualified Human Resources professional working in complex and diverse industries, Margaret joined Sunnyfield in June 2014.   A results oriented business manager with proven capabilities in HR management, change management, industrial relations and WH&S with specialist skills in organisational development, remuneration and benefits, talent management, leadership development and workforce planning with demonstrated high level influencing, communication and negotiation abilities.

Strategic initiatives have included developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment and selection strategies, policy development, employee development programmes and WH&S solutions addressing diversity, employer branding and Employer of Choice initiatives.
