This is a warm and welcoming all-female home, with residents aged from their 30s to 50s. It’s a lively household where residents enjoy getting out into the community, as well as spending quality time together at home. There’s always something to look forward to, from cooking and arts and crafts to knitting, picnics, listening to music and relaxing with a good movie. Movie nights are a favourite part of the week, with a film enjoyed together in the lounge from Monday to Friday. Each resident takes a turn choosing the movie, giving everyone the opportunity to have their say. Mealtimes are another way residents come together. Each person chooses a meal once a week and gets involved in preparing it, creating opportunities to build everyday skills, share interests and enjoy a meal together.

The home also celebrates special occasions throughout the year, including Easter and Christmas lunches, bringing residents, families, staff and the management team together. Residents enjoy attending Merry Makers on Thursday evenings too, providing another opportunity to get out, connect with others and have fun.
