Meet Joyce Pascall
Walking into Blacktown hub is like walking into your best friends’ house. You instantly feel right at home with Joyce and her warming smile. Coming from a nursing background and 11 years in the disability sector, Joyce brings a certain level of expertise and care to the hub that is hard to find. Driven by her belief that everyone has the right to make their own decisions, her support approach is guided by the client and their NDIS goals. Joyce is a big advocate of the Skills for Life program, empowering Blacktown clients with the skills necessary to make their dreams a reality.
