When Warwick made the move from recruitment and HR to Sunnyfield, he was looking for something more meaningful, a role where he could see the impact of his work every day.

Since joining in December, he’s been working alongside Timbo, focusing on building routines that support Timbo’s health, confidence and overall wellbeing. Together, they’ve created a rhythm that includes daily walks and consistent habits that are helping Timbo make real progress toward his goals.

What started as support has grown into a strong and genuine relationship.

Their time together goes beyond routine. It’s about sharing experiences, having a laugh and enjoying the moments that make each day feel rewarding. Whether it’s heading out for tea or enjoying live music together, these moments play an important role in building confidence, independence and a sense of belonging.

One of the highlights has been seeing Shannon Noll live, something that holds special meaning for Timbo. Having both grown up in Condobolin, Timbo shares a long connection with Shannon, and at a recent concert, he was even recognised with a shout out!

For Warwick, it’s about being part of someone’s journey, supporting their goals and sharing in the moments that matter.

If you’re looking for more than just a job, we’re hiring support workers to join the Sunnyfield team.
