Girl Power
Taking a holistic approach to women’s needs, Girl Power builds skills and develops knowledge in important topics such as healthy relationships, learning self-protection techniques, and women’s health in a fun and inspiring environment.
Community Access
Encouraging people with disability to be active, inclusive participants in their communities by providing access to recreational tasks, social opportunities and develop relationships and other skills and competencies. Supports include everyday outings such as grocery shopping and medical appointments, to activities and events.
Women of Worth
Women of Worth is a holistic approach to addressing women’s needs by supporting them to build essential skills and knowledge. The program focuses on healthy relationships, self-defence, and women’s health, delivered in a fun and inspiring environment, supporting local women to establish meaningful friendships, build inner and outer strength, and set themselves up for success on their life journey.
