We are pleased to advise the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sunnyfield will take place at 6.00 pm on Wednesday, 30 October 2019 at the North Ryde Golf Club.
Election of Directors at AGM
Under Sunnyfield’s constitution, candidates for election to the Board at the AGM must be proposed and seconded in writing by Members entitled to vote at the AGM and must lodge a written consent to be a director with the Company Secretary at least 35 days prior to the AGM, that is, no later than Wednesday 25 September 2019.
