Clay, Calm and Collected

Dip into your creativity through clay by crafting beautiful jewellery to showcase at local markets and designing
charming trinkets to take home. This hands-on workshop encourages selfexpression and fine motor skill
development.

Explore a variety of activities, including intentional movement like chair yoga, hands-on cooking experiences, music therapy for self-expression, and opportunities to connect with the community and build friendships.

Strikes and Strides

Roll into fun with a game of ten pin bowling! This program encourages social connection, teamwork and friendly competition while developing coordination and focus. We’ll head out to Dullboys or Strike Zone for one game, then follow up with a park walk at a new location each week.
