Can I change my support service plan?

Absolutely, as your needs evolve, so will your supports. We keep our Community Access programs and services very flexible.

Can I choose the number of hours?

Yes, participants decide the hours and days they’d like to access the supports.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

The minimum hours of service are two hours per shift

How are staff allocated?

To ensure we deliver the best service possible, our team will get to know you and understand the supports you’d like assistance with. From there, we’ll match you with one of our highly experienced team members, taking on board any cultural diverse needs such as languages

Can I use my NDIS funding for Community Access?

Yes, you can utilise your core supports funding which helps you with everyday activities to participate in social and community activities and assistance with everyday needs
