Vocational Services (formally known as School Leaver Employment Supports SLES) assist people with disability aged 16+ who are studying, finishing school, or wanting to build life and job skills to reach their career goals. Through a tailored blend of transitional supports, our experienced staff work closely with each participant to understand their goals, interests, talents, and abilities. We help young people build independence, prepare for a job they will love and develop essential life and workplace skills.
Need help in understanding suitable NDIS fund supports? Find out more here. If your NDIS plan doesn’t currently fund Vocational Services, Sunnyfield now offers a fee-for-service option. It’s the same personalised support, designed around your goals, just with another way to access it.
