An update from us

Sunnyfield, Cerebral Palsy Alliance and Northern Beaches Council are in very early-stage discussions about the future of our neighbouring properties at 185 and 187 Allambie Road, Allambie Heights, that include the Sunnyfield community hub and the packaging factory where you work.

We are exploring options, including potential housing, that would allow us to reinvest into modern facilities and secure long-term employment and community services for you in the Northern Beaches, across Greater Sydney and New South Wales, and continue creating real, meaningful employment opportunities for you for decades to come.

Nothing is changing right now.

Planning is expected to take several years, and we will involve you – our employees, clients, families, community and staff – through regular updates, information sessions and individual support.

We recognise the importance of this site to the Northern Beaches community. We are committed to ensuring any new space values the green, natural surroundings and local character you know and love. Any future proposal would be designed to respect the area and contribute positively to the community, while ensuring Sunnyfield can continue its mission well into the future.
