Mark makes a splash!

Mark has been with Sunnyfield for the last year and a half, he receives daily support from his home and within his local community in Werris Creek. Mark works locally as a draftsman and Sunnyfield supports him with his daily activities including shopping and accessing his community.

Mark has been committed to improving his health and wellness getting in the water twice a week to swim. “It has really helped with my flexibility and fitness, I can see improvements.” Mark and his support worker make the early drive to Tamworth’s 360 Gym and are in the pool by 6.30 am before work. Mark is looking to get into the gym and will continue to focus on his swimming in the winter months in the heated pool.
