What is the Change Network?

July 7, 2022

Compass is a big change for everyone and how we work with clients. To support the implementation of Compass, we have created the Change Network.

The Compass Change Network is 50 Sunnyfield people from across all our regions, service delivery, and support service areas. They will be a key source of information and support to everyone and will keep teams updated on what’s happening with Compass, training, rollout timings and more. While they will cascade messages to you, your role is equally important in raising concerns and sharing what is working (or perhaps not working) well with Compass.

You will also have access to online resources through the Compass Info Hub – including work instructions, video training modules, the Change Network and a help desk. There’ll also be in-person training to make sure we all know and understand how to use Compass.
