What is UAT?
We take our typical daily activities (like scheduling a client activity, medication management, or working a shift) and we use Compass to perform them.
Why do we do UAT?
To make sure the system and processes we are building, work the way we want them to.
Who does UAT?
Like it says in the name “users” – team members who will be using Compass every day do the testing. This ensures we get as close to real life usage as we can, to make sure Compass does everything we need it to.
We’ve started UAT!
The next two months will be chock-a-block full of testing, workshops, and feedback. Thanks to everyone involved in UAT and everyone who supports them to be able to do it.
