What are we doing right now?
We are nearing the end of validation testing. This is where we have been building and testing the individual parts that will make up Compass.
What’s next and when?
In September we will start user acceptance testing (UAT). This is where we get some of the people who will be using Compass daily to test that the individual parts work together for our end-to-end processes.
Then what?
UAT will run until early December, so we’ll take a break for Christmas. Then in February we will get ready for the pilot regions to roll out Compass in March. We are still finalising where we will pilot Compass and will let you know as soon as this is confirmed.
