Established in 1986 Ablite is a manufacturer of customised lighting, control gear and electrical products.

Ablite has extensive in house manufacturing capabilities including CAD design, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating and electrical assembly.

Ablite’s commitment to quality has lead to long standing relationships with a diverse range of clients, including national electronic retailers, wholesalers, contractors, utility companies and lighting manufacturers.
Ablite is a member of the Lighting Council of Australia, which operates under both the Electro Magnetic Compliance 1(EMC1) and EMC2 compliance schemes. The purpose of EMC is to ensure that the products manufactured comply with the Australian Standards for Electro Magnetic Compliance.

Product design:  We can modify standard product lines to suit your needs.  Products can be custom made to our customer’s specifications.  Ablite designs and manufactures the following range of products

Product Design and Development  

We have the latest AutoCAD design capability and can produce detailed Drawings and 3D Renders for approval providing clear solutions for our customers.

Electrical Refurbishment   

We  provide a service to re-work and re-furbish electrical products, replace lamps and leads and T8-T5 retrofit.

Metal Fabrication    

Ablite has CNC turret punch press and  brake press folding capabilities.

Powder Coating  

Ablite has a continuous flow line for  high quality consistent output, plus the provision for both manual and automatic spraying.

Electrical Assembly & Testing  

Ablite has dedicated production lines in an ISO 9001:2008 controlled environment with Electro Magnetic Compliance.
