2015 Survey Results

PeoplePulse was engaged again in 2015 to conduct independent anonymous feedback surveys with clients, family and staff members at Sunnyfield. All surveys started on the 19 January 2015 and were open for 3 weeks. The 2015 survey results were designed to allow comparison with the 2013 surveys, therefore the same questions were repeated with the addition of a few new questions. We had a 14% increase in participation and have received some very helpful feedback. Thank you to all those who completed the survey, as it enables us to assist Sunnyfield to continue to grow and improve our services.
