Sunnyfield strives to maintain a standard of housing to ensure a comfortable and suitable lifestyle is provided for the people Sunnyfield supports in NSW and ACT.

Sunnyfield is responsible for organising and /or carrying out maintenance and repairs to properties owned by Sunnyfield and facilitate maintenance and repairs to properties leased by Sunnyfield through the owner or agent.

The Sunnyfield Property & Facilities Maintenance Department is committed to providing the most suitable repair and maintenance solutions for both emergency situations through to routine maintenance.

To ensure the best solutions to repair and maintenance requirements are met Sunnyfield needs to procure services from contractors who are most suited to provide the required services and understand and support the Sunnyfield values.

Contractors & Suppliers of On-Site Services

What is required?

Contractors/Suppliers of On-site Services will be asked to submit a quote and other supporting documentation in response to a scope of works. The scope of works requirements will differ based on what work is being undertaken however the minimum requirements are as follows.

  • Australian Business Number (ABN) – corresponding with the entity name provided
  • Licences – all required licences (current) to perform the required work
  • References – 3 references need to be supplied of a commercial/business nature and NFP/Community focus
  • Insurances – Certificate of Currency – public liability $20 million, professional indemnity $2 million, workers compensation (if applicable), if a sole trader will need to provide a copy of income protection insurance

Please note – contractors & suppliers of on-site services will be asked to provide evidence that they have completed the online induction when attending the site, if the evidence is not able to be provided access maybe denied
