Sunnyfield’s Quality Management System

Sunnyfield is committed to pursuing operational and service delivery excellence and quality in all aspects of our business. Our compliance with the NSW Disability Service Standards was confirmed in May 2016 through our Third Party Verification (TPV) audit. Compliance with the standards is an ADHC requirement for all NSW Disability Service Providers for the 2015-2018 funding period. We also comply with the National Standards for Disability Services (NSDS) and our Enterprise division undergoes annual monitoring audits against the NSDS standards.

Sunnyfield’s Quality Management System complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and our policies and procedures reflect our commitment to delivering high quality support services and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff.
